1I have just purchased but I don't see my details?
When you first purchase a VPN package from us, you will receive confirmation of your order and then you will receive another email once the VPN is up and running, this can take between 10 minutes to 2 hours. You will then be able to see all your VPN details in your My Account > VPN Details section.
2My VPN gets disconnected on my mobile?
From time to time your VPN can get disconnected if you are not using your mobile, for example, if you lock your device and don't continue to use it over a period of time, it is, therefore, important the ensure the VPN status is always one before accessing any apps or using your browser.
3Do you offer refunds?
The simple asnwer is no. We don't track your usage or keep any logs and therefore once a VPN is issued we have no way of tracking if you have used that VPN or not.
4What is your support time?
We aim to get back to every ticket or enquiry within a few hours, but we work from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and therefore, over the weekend you may experience delays.
5I can't connect to the VPN?
First, please check to ensure you have paid your recent renewal, this is the most common issue, once a VPN subscription has failed, we block the VPN until the balance is paid. If you have checked the subscription, but you are up to date with your payments, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We do try our bet to get back to everyone as soon as possible, but please allow up to 1-2 business days.
